Legal notice

1. Site ownership

This website (hereinafter, "the Site"), accessible at the domain vitaid.io, is operated by VitAID, represented by its co-founders David Frehner and Alberto Márquez.

2. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the Site. Accessing the Site implies acceptance of these terms. The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase and its content may change without prior notice.

3. Intellectual property

The VitAID name, logo, text, designs and other content on the Site are the property of their respective owners or are used under appropriate authorization. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without express permission is prohibited.

4. Information submitted through the form

When you enter your email in the waitlist form, we will only use it to inform you about the VitAID launch. We will not share your email with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to this project. You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@vitaid.io.

5. Limitation of liability

VitAID does not guarantee the Site's continuous availability and is not liable for damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Governing law
